Free Initial Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or online, with no obligation to book. It’s an opportunity to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, ask any questions and see whether working together feels right.
Concession Rates
A limited number of reduced-fee sessions are available depending on individual circumstances. Please get in touch if cost may be a barrier to accessing therapy.
Cancellation Policy
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee
