  • If you’re unsure where to start, that’s okay. During your first consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, challenges, and goals to recommend the best approach for you.

  • Yes. All of our services can be delivered online via a secure video platform, giving you flexibility and access wherever you are.

  • Sessions typically last 50 minutes. Frequency can vary depending on your needs—some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others prefer fortnightly or monthly check-ins.

  • We understand life happens. We just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to avoid being charged for the session.

  • Absolutely. We are committed to providing a welcoming, non-judgmental space for people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Our therapists are trained to work with cultural, systemic, and identity-based issues.

  • Yes. We offer one-to-one sessions for those affected by someone else’s addiction. Whether it’s a partner, family member, or friend, therapy can provide space to process the impact, explore boundaries, and begin to reconnect with your own needs and wellbeing.

  • Yes. Our Addiction Counselling & Recovery service provides judgment-free support for substance use and behavioural addictions, as well as tools for relapse prevention and family support.
